HOW TO GET OUR SUPPORT
Receiving our support is simple and free of charge for all Sida staff and Swedish embassies, and covers all carbon-related matters. Send us an email (or a short Terms of Reference) describing your request. You don’t need to have everything fully defined, we are happy to help you shape it.

What happens next:
- We respond promptly
- You will receive a confirmation within approximately 2 working days.
- We shape the request together. We start with an introductory meeting to clarify your needs and define deliverables.
Scope and conditions:
- We support requests of varying scope – from short inputs (e.g. 10 minutes) to more extensive assignments (up to 10 days).
- The service is fully funded through the agreement with Sida’s Regional Team Environment Africa.
- Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and our capacity is limited.
To ensure we can support as many as possible, we kindly ask that requests remain manageable. - If the total time allocation within the agreement is reached, we may not be able to take on additional assignments.
